This intermittent fasting plan is what we recommend for anyone diagosed with PCOS. By fasting 16 hours a day and eating what we have prescribed for your plan in 8 hours, you will control hormones and insulin levels.

Even with a super busy schedule, you’ll be able to follow this easy, no-fail, food plan.
All meal plans are based on your age, activity level, food preferences and any medical issues. No special foods; all foods can be purchased at your grocery store. You will be eating 5-6 small meals per day on your NON-FASTING DAY and 3 meals on our fasting days. PCOS clients you will be eating the same amount of meals every day during your 8 hour window.
You’ll be a part of our closed FB support group, for daily support throughout your 4 weeks.
You will teach your body to burn fat naturally, improve hormone levels, repair and restructure your metabolism.
You’ll be added to our free recipe page for EASY lunch and dinner recipes.
After registration and on-boarding (where we collect your data) we require 3 days to complete your food plan bundle. If you need your food plan prior to the 3 day turn-around timeline, you can EXPEDITE your plan for $25. (Please make sure you click this option when registering) When you expedite, you will receive your plan within 24 hours.
You will receive your food plan bundle within 3 days, unless you have paid to expedite. In your bundle is your food plan for NON-FASTING days and your IF days.
Every client is added to our CLOSED/Private Facebook support community. You’ll have access to Head Coach, Martha VanCamp and Assistant Coach, Wendy Caldwell.
You’ll receive our in-depth welcome/resource packet. You will ask questions about your plan on the FB support page. Also, you’ll receive details on WHAT TO EXPECT as you execute your plan.
