12-Week Plan

Customized Weight Loss All-Inclusive Programs

Your 12 week program is an all-inclusive journey. This is my most popular and successful program because we do everything online. You will have daily contact with Head Coach, Martha VanCamp via our group support page, LIVE group wellness and plan coaching, and you are able to message your coach with personal questions.

What makes #beMarthaFit different? All of our coaches have battled weight and have found victory. Each coach has lost between 50 and 125 pounds. We understand how emotional this process is. We understand the sometimes "hopeless" feeling you may have. We are here to guide you and provide a life long path for weight loss and maintenance.

Where do you start? Once you register, we provide you with an on-boarding process with a series of intake forms (all online) and you are able to outline your goals, food like/dislikes, current stats, medicines and supplements you currently take.

Once your coach receives this information we provide you with YOUR customized plan. Over our 12 weeks together, you will receive on average, 3 plans. Everything we change throughout the 12 weeks, is based on how your body is progressing. It is mandatory that you weigh in weekly, through your private client portal, in order to obtain your plan revisions.

This plan is simple to follow with options for each meal and snack. Every week, we hold you accountable via your weigh in which often includes measurements and periodic progress pictures.

Support is HUGE during these 12 weeks. It is imperative that you plug in, not only to your coach but also the VIP support page. Our belief is we are not created to do hard things alone. We have build a safe community on our VIP support page to have your questions answered, for you to receive group coaching, motivation and support.

You are not going to be on a diet, rather we are teaching you how to eat for the rest of your life.

Remember, your 12 weeks is customized to YOU.

You are committing to 3 months. Your credit card will be automatically billed for 3 months. Each month's payment is $189.


One-Time Food Plan

If you simply have a few pounds to lose or feel you can hold yourself truly accountable this ONE TIME food plan may be an option for you. We begin will a full assessment (all online) and from that information I will provide you with a customized food plan. This is a one time food plan that you can use for months. Every food plan comes with several options for each meal and snack, along with your caloric intake goal and macro goal. You are added to my support page on Facebook for only 30 days. This plan does not include Coach Martha's assistance, weigh-ins or accountability.
