Are recipes provided?
The support page is full of recipes, ideas and several chefs also contribute to the support page. Once you have registered and are added to the support page, you will have full access to this service
What if I am a picky eater?
During your intake process we rule out foods you refuse to eat.
Can I still have alcohol?
I ask all my new clients to not drink alcohol within the first 4 weeks. We need to flush your system of all toxins and start breaking up stored fat. Remember, you have work to do up front. That requires you being on plan 100%.
Am I able to have a cheat meal?
I like to refer to these meals as planned treat meals. The short answer is yes, there will be a time during our coaching that you will have an opportunity to have a planned treat meal. Remember, timing is everything when it comes to a planned treat meal.
How soon will I receive my plan?
Once you register, you will be added to our closed support page on Facebook. Next steps include setting up (easy) your exclusive client portal and filling out the online intake forms. Generally new plans are written once a week, so within 3 – 5 days you will have your food plan, which includes you properly filling out your intake forms.
What if I decide to quit? Is my money refunded?
The only reason a client quits my program is if they are unwilling to address their issue with food or alcohol. This program requires you to commit 100% and I in turn commit 400% to your success. My success rate is unprecedented. I take my role in your life very seriously. If you decide to quit (and very very few ever have), no your money is not refunded. Effort is required, but I promise you, the journey will be life-changing.
What happens after 12 weeks?
You have two options. You can take the plans I have issued you and continue your path to success on your own. Or you can continue with Coach Martha and receive the same services on a monthly basis, for $89/month. You can cancel at any time. Please remember only paid members remain on the client support page.
